Lesson plan for: Sunday, November 8th, 2026
Our Boulders group—for students in Grades 6–8—is beginning a new series called Daniel | The Faithful! In this series, students will discover the prophet Daniel and the many incredible ways that God helps and surprises Daniel and his friends. Students will learn that, like Daniel and his friends, we, too, can see God at work in our lives and the world around us.
This Sunday (November 8th), our lesson focuses on the Big Idea that God loves our faith in action. Diving into the story of "The Vegetarians" found in Daniel 1, students will learn that Daniel and his friends ate differently than other people to show their faith in God. Together, they will discover that one way we show our faith in God is by putting our love for him into action!
